Also, if this is artwork by Dan Santat, you need to demontsrate that the permission to use it under the GNU FDL is actually coming from the real Dan Santat - see the section "Copyright owners who submitted their own work to Wikipedia" at Wikipedia:Copyright problems, or it might be deleted.
