Circus Theater Bingo channel on another site claims the name is "Anna" and it's possible it's Анна Пеес but I have my doubts, and it's certainly not Маргарита Щедрина (Margarita Schedrina).
@lazebny you don't even need to look close at Margarita's videos to get that it's not her. This is Анна Пеес. If somone doesn't believe this, you can ask Anna on her channel - she makes streams ocasionnaly.
