Okay, so first of all... This show's great, maybe aside the second part which was a little sub par (but still entertaining), and i would recommend it to absolutely everyone unless they're not a fan of romance and/or comedy.
The art is good, sometimes great, so are the animations, this show has a higher level of movement and redundant motion most anime either don't want to do or can't get away with due to budget constraints. Its also packed with references and just little things that most shows don't usually have. The music is also great, and that voice acting is top notch, especially for certain characters. And while the story isn't that amazing, its more than enough for what it is, and has enough to cover for what it lacks. The characters are pretty good too, not amazing, but certainly interesting and more importantly, entertaining.
My one and only problem with this show really is the second season which felt as if it was about nothing, only delving a little into one of the main side characters a little. Though even that isn't much of a problem, given that this show is focused more on comedy than romance overall. My final rank for all three seasons is 8.1~/10 in complex (s1 7.4/10, s2 6.8/10 and s3 8.4/10, which yeah, i know doesn't exactly add up), definitely a must watch.
