By the way, I want to note that it is not necessary to change the locale, it is enough to change only the format. I changed only the format and left the standard locale, the game works fine.

Sometimes certain things in the computer environment just amaze me.

I actually found another download site that downloads and run without problems, not even needing the region change.
it even comes with an alternative save file that has all gallery unlocked, and some achievements too.
Let me know if anyone wants it.

You do not need to change the region (locale), here for the game to work it is enough to change the format (changing the format does not require restarting the PC)

is there any way to have the autoplay hit the fake notes? or could you manually hit them in the new version with its autoplay?
